So what?
So what if her "rights" were "violated"? If, in fact, the illegality of the actions of the police had not shown her to be guilty, then she is owed an apology and possibly some sort of monetary award. However, as the police investigation has shown, she was guilty...therefore, she should have no rights. Tough for her.
