Two Different things revised...
Microsoft is asking the community to turn others in for them. This would be the same as a seventeenth century witch hunt.

Mozilla is asking the community to fix it's mistakes, not to have billy jo script kittie arrested because Microsoft wouldn't patch their mistake when he asked them to.

If anyone flames Mozilla for the bounty situation, it would only be for using Microsoft's idea in a better way. Something that Microsoft does to everyone else.
