Let's take care of people who are too stupid to take care of themselves.

Why is it Microsoft's responsibility to protect people that refuse to protect themselves? What is it with these people? I understand why Microsoft is doing it - they don't want to get hit with a "Hot Coffee Lawsuit" not to mention their Techs having to deal with idiots while they try and help them fix what their stupidity was a cause of. Good grief people, if you don't want to take care of yourselves, then you deserve EVERYTHING you get.
