Okay, I'll do your homework
Also a court can not issue an injunction stopping something unless they find the plaintiff will suffer irreprible(sp?) harm if it continues. The only way Bush could suffer irreprible harm is if Gore got more votes.

Tell me, how will he "get more votes"?

If you are a lawyer type then I think you're too lazy. I'll start with a quote that I think might sum it all up for you.

The United States. Associate Justice Antonin Scalia said that a continued vote recount threatened "irreparable harm to the petitioner [i.e., George W. Bush], and to the country, by casting a cloud upon what he claims to be the legitimacy of his election." ("The Making of the President, 2000". by Garry Wills, NYT Book Review, 01Apr01, p.9)

There was even a tremendous amount of criticism of nearly everyone involved. It was absolutely out of control. We had countless jurisdictions and officials accused, from both parties, of everything from "cheating" to "breaking the rules" to "not counting every vote". We had seemingly different rules for different precincts on recounts. Then to top it all off we had the democrats trying to override every other $crew-up by a monumental $crew-up of their own which was to try to have selective recounts, which ultimately the US Supreme Court had to point out violated the law and some of the re,re, recounts were stopped.(come on, how many times should we count? 2, 3, 4, more?, notice that with every recount Gore gained on Bush....I seeeee...a few more recounts and...) Thus George W. Bush was legitimately, legally, and in accordance with our constitution, elected president.

Here, this site even seems to be at least a little anti-Bush, but a lot of the detalils of the recounts are linked to this site.

This cr@p happens a lot, and usually ends with some court decision that explains to the whiners that they should shut up and quit crying about losing.

What's really interesting is that even your biased "bushwatch.com" shows that 1) Gore lost, 2) If Gore had succeeded in his strategy of selective recounts he still would have lost and 3) If all different counties had been allowed to use their differring "interpretations" of "recounts" Gore would have won. (as in no standards that everybody follows)

You might also start your research by using the grey matter to help you notice heavily biased sources and at least take them with a grain (spoonfull) of salt.

This sheds light also, The Electoral College, while glibly criticized, has proven its efficacy and enduring brilliance. The Constitution established the Electoral mechanism precisely to allow smaller states equal representation and weight in voting where a "tyranny of the majority" could otherwise swamp them. New York Senator-elect Hillary Clinton, in a puff of arrogance, made, as her first priority when going to Washington, to Change the Constitution and abolish the Electoral College!

Need I go further?!? Get up off your duff and go get a clue!
