forget prison. Torture him to death, on TV.
Make him experience just a tiny fraction of the pain that the rest of us, forced to deal with the mayhem this scumbag put us all through, had to experience- and let his fellow virus writing pieces of dog turd see that we don't laugh and say "ha ha funny prank!" when somebody costs the world's economy as much as a major earthquake. He is a conscienceless monster who deserves to die, not be rewarded with a good job.
