LOL, you are overestimateing the people in this world.
Here are three reasons people will open it right off the top of my head...

1) Its from my credit card company so it couldn't be a virus.
2) They sent it to me by mistake. Now I can snoop and see why this poor sucker got denied a loan.
3) I have Norton's installed so I am protected.
