Nice idea...But....
How many users would complete the task or in mnay cases acheive on their own. Running a computer service store, many users we see barely have a clue on how to open a program, let alone install an update. Most can't even install AOL. And whoa don't we all have enough AOL type cd's!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't be offended if you work for AOL. Though I totally agree something needs to be done.
