The issue
Judges are not idiots, they make judgments based on evidence presented, something you do not seem able to do.

The Judge is saying that Internet utilities like Google and Yahoo have changed our ability to apply current laws. He didn't say it was bad, just that it had changed to the point that the laws were irrelevant. Long live anarchy.

Unfortunately anarchy creates a power vacuum, and as he showed in his summing up, a corporation used its home government to get our government to change our laws to favour their corporation, and by defifinition their shareholders. which members of our government or their families may have been.

The moral of this is if you own shares in overseas companies, you are more likely to vote against the freedoms of your own.
