How exactly does the article show that computer code
supercedes local laws and their enforcement. Local guy
hacks system, is sued by Sony to make him stop. Local
guy wins. Sony gets US gov't to get Australian gov't to
CHANGE THEIR LAWS to make it illegal. Local guy then
has to stop. Now if the article talked about how DRM is
used to prevent fair-use by an individual...
