Are you in a position to hire them? Military does have secure networks. They AREN?T connected to the WWW. But, the non-classified ones are.

Does your company allow access to the WWW? Most companies do. The military does for WWW access either on someone?s desk or via an Internet Caf? in some tent.

If this story is true then someone used the sneakernet to post those and docs from the high side to the low. And they or a buddy of theirs is the Admin.
