My old cell phone has a built-in speakerphone and is voice-activated for both dialing and answering. I keep it in a mesh pocket on the visor, so it is to the front. But the phone is the least of my distractions. I make a cross-city drive three times a week and the constant road work detours are more likely to cause wrecks than talking on the phone.
