- You might want to look back over the past 12 years and check which administration was more in violation of the rights of its citizens. I'm not crazy about the Patriot Act and some of the activities of Homeland Security, but consider them in the context of the events...then consider the actions of government agencies during the Clinton years - Ruby Ridge and Waco, just for starters. Then there's the aspirin factory in Nigeria, the events in Mogadishu...and more. If you want to talk about which government had a flawed idea of where and how to use power, look objectively at the historical facts first.
