Dubya
Yea, Dubya has violated most every provision in the Constitution (& I imagine the ten commandments along with most other moral and legal obligations of society), but who let him do it? Congress! That's right folks, the same millionaires that are elected to represent us and, along with judicial, provide the necessary political balance to prevent this. No way should the President of the U.S. have the same unilateral power of a private company, but the checks and balances don't work & haven't for decades. Scary Kerry and the folks in Congress don't address that, because they know they won't change it (but how many political promises are kept anyway?). John McCain (who's brain is addled from his POW treatment) & liberal Diane Feinstein saw to it that the voting public can't publicly discuss the transgressions of our elected officials close to election time. That was upheld by the Courts---so much for free speech.

The bureauacracy enacts "regulations" that have far more impact than the laws passed by Congress and there is basically no control on them--drying up funds never happens and sunset laws are ineffective. Identity theft is going to be public domain soon, &-- maybe it's an exaggeration--but look for storm troopers to knock on your business or home door sometime because you are "suspected" of being a threat.
Think I'm "chicken little"? I was old enough to vote in 1963, remember McCarthy & the cross dressing, anarchist FBI, and have watched the climate worsen over the decades.
