Data Sharing
Scary!!!!! Homeland Security supposedly gathers information to identify potential terrorists in the US. They and their private contractors coerced airlines (and god knows who else) to violate their own privacy policies and give data on customers to them. Now your article says Homeland Security is to give information BACK (excuse the shout) to them. What information is Homeland Security going to add and why do they owe information to private companies. It was supposed to be confidential to the Government (yeah, right). DS (dumb sucker) Bush has unleased the greatest privacy invasion juggernaught the world has seen in Homeland Security and TSA. Don't think voting for Kerry will change it, the only hope is Congress doesn't fund it. Otherwise, it will grow in size and the potential for abuse makes the FBI, CIA, and Treasury Dept. look like a backwater sheriff's office.
