Second, IF it CAN be implemented, then that will mean that all the under-14s posing to be at least 14 will be knocked out...yes this is a GOOD thing! It also means that all the 14-17s posing as 18+ will be busted as well...another very GOOD thing!

Third, IF it CAN be implemented, then this study will have the teeth it needs to _back it up_!!! wink
