You can attain VERY HIGH security levels by just DUMPING (and then FLUSHING TWICE) all MS products and by-products.
You can then increase the security levels by installing UNIX/*BSD/Linux/OSX, etc.
Without any windows machines the network BW and computation cycles will be dedicated to carrying out useful and intented WORK, vs. broadcasting viruses or usurping peoples' machines and data.
