Some legacy engineering programs MUST be run as Admin ...
... or they won't run at all! (Dinosaurs from the Win95/98 days.)

We have to accomodate our clients who may not be able to justify forking out the $3 grand each for 20 copies of the latest thing. Plus the fact that some of this data in older formats can't be accessed by the "latest and greatest" stuff anyway.

So to do business, we have to have our users running as admins. Damned if we do, damned if we don't.
