Last I checked...
That XP "boot up with no login welcome screen" is an administrative user.

So, in theory, if MS actually knew what it was doing... and set up something similiar to Linux, a lot of things could be prevented.

Instead of fixing that flaw, they convinced users they need a special CPU to stop programs.
