Does MS have a monopoly or not?

You constantly harp on the MS monopoly as the source of all computing evil. Then you state that all of the problems with MS have caused a huge rush of users to implement Linux and Apple. So which is it? Does MS have a monopoly or are there viable competitors eroding MS market share. It seems to me that the two options are mutually exclusive.

By the way, you and others like you harp on the MS EULA as though it is the ONLY onerous license agreement in the market. Give me a break. ALL software companies absolve themselves of liability in their EULAs.

Yes, MS software has problems. Stupid users (far less than the majority of MS users) also have and cause problems. Let's implement Linux among those stupid users and see what happens in the world of viruses. I'll bet you would be shocked.
