Death penalty, Get real folks they would have to deport him to Texas and tell everyone he was a terrorist stealing secrets for Al Quaeda.

Seriously though, theft of this type of information could result in someone identifying weaknesses in the Dassault aircraft or weapons system and thus could result in combat deaths. This guy deserves the maximum penalty available for treason, and helping the enemy whoever they are, and if that involves him paying the ultimate penalty then so be it.
