The Penalty
As an IT person I vote for the death penalty.
This type of person costs the IT industry HUGE amounts as we try to stay on top of security and all aspects related to information protection and assurance.

I would be well pleased to see a picture of a Navy Seal, on the hackers web cam, coming up behind with their H-K MP5N.
