I certainly hope the email screeners know Hindu.
The real issue isn't the stealing of data. It's the hiring of the grossly incompentent while qualified people who need jobs are waiting on the sideline. Also, I certainly hope the email screeners know Hindu to handle the millions of jobs have gone across the Atlantic to lower paid semi-bilingual Indians. The bottom line is if you're dumb enough to email sensitive information, unencrypted from your corporate account in this day and age, then you can't really complain about getting fired now can you. Thats what flash drives, home email accounts and encryption are for. In the end, this is an excellent way for companies to weed out people who would normally be eaten if we had any natural preditors.
