Simply yes/no flagging based on a word search is comically inaccurate. I mean UPS delivers packages everywhere. But they hardly can be said to generate major profits for terrorist nations nor have major investment exposure to such countries or US embargo of such countries.

So yes a little intelligence needs to be applied. So maybe instead the SEC needs two tools: (1) a tool which simply hyperlinks to pages mentioning countries on the terror list so that investor can more easily know where to start reading and (2) a tool which highlight companies identified by responsible contributors (stock firms) as having major resources ($100 millions) or significant percentages of their assets located within terrorist countries or companies which have significant impact on the GNP or existing military capabilities of such a terrorist country (e.g. supplies critical materials).
