So many of them that I've lost count. . .
We'll need more information than this to even start to ID this thing.

Some of this stuff is also protected by HackerDefender, a cool little mind bending tool that nicely hooks itself into the operating system to completely protect and hide files, ports and processes.

Toadlife keeps telling us to run as lesser privledged users to prevent installation of this stuff, maybe one day we'll start listening.
