I don't see anything wrong with this
If you're a criminal you already have you biometrics in the system. Only difference with this system is the UK will have access to that information and the reverse. So if you are criminal in the UK you get you finger prints are found on a murder weapon in the US they will know you belong to said prints.

Now what's the harm here? Want to complain about it maybe you should go after your own government for keeping track of your biometric data. I don't think it's too unfair that convicted criminals get finger printed or their DNA recorded. I do think suspects who are cleared should not be kept. Such as giving your finger prints to rule you out of being at a crime scene.
