VoIP Drawbacks
I tried ATT's CallVantage and it wouldn't work because I have a dynamic IP address instead of a static one. TimeWarner was willing to provide one if I opened a business broadband account.

Also, if you live in a high-rise that uses a buzzer entry program, Vonage will not work.
