Once Americans switch over to VoIP...
...I am hoping to have a TTY (text-telephone for the deaf) service for VoIP, so that TTY machines that use VoIP can translate the text into sounds so that caller who use TTY over VoIP can receive text from a person who's calling.

Just to let you know, I'm hearing impaired (meaning I have hearing loss).
