NAI listed a MacOS/Simpsons@MM virus in 2001. It affected Macs running Microsoft Outlook Express 5.02. And if you go back a few years you'll find others - if you dig around.

As has been stated before, no OS is totally secure. Of course, some operating systems take skill to break into, and some don't.
