20 Years Malware
UNIX experienced viruses only during the first years of Internet (ARPANET). Since that time the "honors" belong squarely to MS which makes the best possible platforms for all kinds of exploitations.

But hey, MS is busy devising catsy, cutsy nick-names for their "next" generation of "OS". It doesn't have time to deal with all these minor details.

So settle down there and "upgrade" your s/w and h/w and just focus on the cute nicknames/desktop GUI.
