better is the problem
windows has made it very simple for grandma and grandpa to go down to walmart and pick up an e-machine. TOO simple. if grandma and gramps had to actually learn something before they bought that puter, then the net would be a much safer place.

15 years ago when you plunked down 3 grand for a computer, you knew a little something first.
