- Having spent some time in Pakistan, I've seen some men and young boys with no right hands (Never a woman, I think they stone them.) If that happens here, all the whiners will pitch a bitc* about "cruel and unusual punishment". Of course the victim's "cruel and unusual punishment" in the way of "cash only" purchases doesn't really matter. It was THEIR fault for having their identity stolen. They made a movie whose title is appropriate for ID theft, "HANG 'M HIGH."
