But when users become more advanced they become more reckless
Someone who barely knows how to read e-mail won't open the attachment. But once they get to the next phase of their own learning development, when they DO know how to open an attachment, they get so happy with themselves that they open EVERYTHING. It's this group of users that are most dangerous, and it's this group that system admins need to patch first. And for home users in this group, well you can only hope they are at the point of their development where they know how to patch, or don't keep ignoring the auto update telling them to patch (and yes, they DO ignore it, either because they don't want to be bothered or because they are too afraid they'll break something). Because if not, they're in big trouble.
