points:
1) i don't they it's right for them to list OTHER companies applying patches faster as MS making progress.
2) they are still slipping on different security issue. (two patches that took over 180 days to issue and a patch for ie, that was worked around in 24 hours).

When they give me a few years with a good track record, then i'll take them seriously on this improving security hub-a-bub... until then, i only rate them as "starting to make the attempt." It is a good sign, but don't take it for more than it's worth.
