What happenned to "listen to your customers"?
Once you lose TRUST ... it is very difficult to get it back.

If you'd stop bad mouthing your competitors and start co-operating on security ... we might begin to believe you (either again or for the first time).

The "Real progress" will be achieved when we can TRUST you to value our applications (whatever their source) and not deliberately sabotoge them with incompatible "enhancements" and other typical historical shananigans.

The IRS is not going to automatically trust a convicted tax cheat and never audit their returns again!

MicroSoft! Get REAL! You've got a reputation to overcome. Stop blaming your victims!
