Antivirus firm: Google text ad Trojan detected

I haven't been infected... YET

I use Spybot Search and Destroy's hosts file feature. Some ads I never see, and if there is a site that is on the list it comes up 404. I also use Comodo firewall, and AVG anti-virus. They have seemed to work up until now, I don't see any reason why, as long as I keep maintaining them, they shouldn't.
