"Don't give me this guff the user should be held responsible. You eat tainted hotdogs at someones house and the hotdog company gets sued not the homeowner."

The package said keep refrigerated. Just because the homeowner didn't listen and kept them on the counter for two days before cooking them isn't the hotdog company's fault.
