Fine Zombies
I think they should fine the owners of the Zombies.
It would be a great revenue generating scheme for governments and force people to pay more attention to the state of their computers. Maybe even make them pay more attention to what the hell they are buying.
If people are legaly forced to be responsible for their zombie computers MS is toast!
