Buuuuwahhaawha....!.....
"Lets see, load Kazaa and you load half a dozen spy ware apps, these apps load other apps, those load virus's and you want to cry for the end user?"

Or how about go do your "banking" online seeing the wittle "lock" in da corner only to find out the next day that your account has been DRAINED!!! I have already heard a few horror stories.

"That other open source products with a larger base are constant targets. Apache comes to mind.."

And yet apache rules the internet. Go figure. I guess people really don't care about security.

"It's all about using a common sense approach to using the internet."

And yet you could be fully "patched" and av scanned, and still be completely shafted! Oooch! Do you not see the significance of this "flaw"? You can be completely "protected" and still be wide open!

"and from the other side you damn MS for having been victim to that you claim can't be stopped. Does the irony of that escape you???"

What other side Bitty? What could you mean by that? What irony? Are you aware that irony can escape someone?

"I have a suggestion, change your name from SquawkBox to something like Thinker, maybe it will help...
And yet you could be fully "patched" and av scanned, and still be completely shafted! Oooch!"

Don't you see Bit. While you are typing away your precious box is open to all sorts of viruses (JS Scob Download.Ject)..I'm feeling kinda scobbish..You are posting to a linux server not seeing "irony" in the fact that you are defending a company that has more money than most companies that is still trying to figure out how to patch a looong old vulnerability.
You need to try Thinking about that..
