We are talking about computer land here. According to your "logic" every hacker and script kiddie should have been caught! Ridiculous. There are people that offer the "service" of creating snuff films. Obviously they don't advertise this in the local papers. And yet this exists and goes on all the time. Cops have a full bowl on their hands. They have to deal with the crime sitting right in front of their faces more than they can chase internet "ghosts"..
