Take botnets off line
If an IP address is suspected of being a "zombie", then take it off line. End users need to be made responsible for their machines. It would be nice if we could sue Microsoft for poor coding. But we need to be realistic. When an end user finds their internet connection is no longer available, they might get the hint that their machines need to cleaned up.
