That's pretty vague - are you referring to the "yellow cake uranium" incident?

The suspicions for the WMD were actually provided by Iraq itself. It provided two lists. The first list was provided at the end of the first Gulf War in which Iraq declared it's WMD stocks and programs. The second list was provided to the UN in 2003 shortly before we liberated Iraq - it contained a list of WMD and programs that were destroyed or dismantled. Guess what - there was a discrepency between the two lists. Not even the UN denies that Saddam didn't prove he had destroyed all his WMD.

So, what exactly are YOU talking about - because as far as I know, the evidence was supplied by Iraq themselves.
