I can tell to those who agreed with bush, base on his mental way of thinking, base on the fact that you can kill me any time, you are a threat to me therefore i can shoot and kill you with no problem. I have evidence that you buy a gun or a knife or something that can be used to kill me. so that enough.
BTW, USA is not the only country that can build WMD you know. All the countries have the right to build whatever they need to protect from they threats, and for some counties USA is a threat for them.
And if they used those weapons in a wrong way, the UN has to decide what to do.
