Beta testing...
On this (and only this!!!) point, I am inclined to give MS a pass, in a limited way. I'm not quite sure how else they could possibly test the countless hard-/soft-ware combinations otherwise. Of course, they should have the good grace to tell people that it's effectively still beta...
