the problem
isnt that they cant make a quality product after 10 years (9, actually).

the first 2 of those 9 years their product wasnt any good at all, and the real problem is that they havent done a blasted thing with it in the last 3 or so out of those 9.

i remember a time when ie *was* the best browser out there, compared to its competition. which is not to say it was perfect or that it wasnt 'dangerous', just better than the other choices. that time was short and is long since gone now.
