it doesn't spread or replicate, there is no way for other computers to get it from you, etc. It isn't a virus, it isn't malware in the sense that it can get on your computer without your choice, it is malware in the sense that it is a piece of software that will do something bad to you if you choose to download and install it off of one of those porn sites.
who's at risk?
random porn surfers who haven't heard about this yet...and who feel comfortable installing software off of such sites.
