That two by four hit MS in the head countless times, but at least it does seem to finally be sinking in. All companies, no matter how arrogant, will respond when business starts to hurt. This is why it is such a good thing to see some viable alternatives hit the market. Whether the alternatives are Linux, Unix or some not-yet-developed OS, the result should be an improvement in ALL OSes. This is a very good thing, indeed.
