remove the tags
If they were attaching the tags in a similar manner as they do now already (The paper sticky tag). They would be able to collect them at the ultimate destination baggage claim and reuse the tag. If they did it that way they could not only re-use the tag but save money in the proccess w/o having to purchase new ones and assure the passenger that he was indeed recieving his/her own bag.
