Yes sir, I see right here that your luggage is in Tokyo. Yes sir, I know you're in Cleveland, but your luggage is in Tokyo. It should be getting to Cleveland the day after tomorrow. Yes sir, I realize that you'll be heading to Los Angeles tomorrow. Your luggage will eventually catch up to you sir. Oops! Sorry sir, but your luggage has just been loaded onto a plane for Bern in Switzerland. That will add another day to the time that it will take for your luggage to get to you. Sorry sir, I can't have your luggage just shipped to where you're going to be. I have to attempt to ship it to where you are now. Have you considered how wonderful Switzerland is this time of year? I can get you onto a flight that will allow you to meet your luggage in Bern.
