Let us digress further
I cost us +40k$ per year for the incarseration of each criminal we have today, then by the logic only violent dangerous sociopaths should be jailed and non violent criminals should be fined and let to run free and do their thing, hoping they will find social responsibility ? This utopian society you live in,!, would be nice and maybe it is what we should be working for, but what in your mind will make it come about? AND If you have the answer, why aren"t you running for high office somewhere?
