Pretty much the same thing, although he is a sloganeer.
He does have a few good points but anarchy isn't one of them to solve the problem. In both cases you have the government running your affairs. You have a big inefficient entity running free enterprise from some central planning board that is totally inflexible to the local needs. Socialism is nothing but a survival insurance policy for stupid lazy people at the expense of talented folks. You really do not want to foster stupidity. Vote for Republicans and we go to war for resources for corporations. Vote for Democrats and we go to war to save people that will not fight for themselves. In both cases it means death with big government with no rights or privacy.
